MIS Logg-R - a Windows® based application software, provides an easy to use graphical control interface to the Line Logg-R unit. E911 management can access the Line Logg-R directly without knowing the Line Logg-R's detail command set. Users can access the Line Logg-R line maintenance functions and reports with just a few mouse clicks! MIS Logg-R houses a relational database of all call information captured by the Line Logg-R. There is no data entry. All call data is downloaded into the MIS Logg-R database automatically! The database’s size is limited only by the PC's hard disk size.
E911 management has access to reports and graphical charts with only a few clicks of the mouse. Provides query and search facilities on calls for: any line(s) or operator position, any time period, incoming or outgoing calls, 911 or administrative line types.
Outputs include detail call reports, summary reports, and graphical charts.
Full security on a user by user basis and complete database maintenance functions for archiving/restoring calls are included. Runs under Windows® 3.x/9x/ME/2000/NT/XP.
